A senior
executive team from Africell Group visited the headquarters of Angola's Geodata
Center for Intelligent Solutions (GEDAE) in Talatona, Luanda. The visit
strengthened collaboration between the telecommunications leader and Angola's
pioneering geospatial technology institution.

The Africell
delegation included global CEO Ziad Dalloul alongside Chief Operating Officer
Jad Abi Fadel and Chief Legal Officer Magase Mogale. Africell Angola's
leadership team joined the tour, with CEO Jorge Vazquez and key executives
exploring GEDAE's advanced facilities.
GGPEN Director
General Dr. Zolana João personally guided the visitors through the newly
inaugurated Geodata Center, showcasing Angola's cutting-edge capabilities in
spatial data applications. The center represents a strategic national asset,
leveraging satellite and digital technologies to address critical development
challenges.

GEDAE's
innovative solutions support vital sectors including urban planning, precision
agriculture, environmental monitoring, and disaster management. The facility's
work enables data-driven decision making for infrastructure development and
natural resource optimization across Angola.
This high-level
exchange highlights growing private sector interest in Angola's technological
capabilities, particularly in geospatial intelligence applications with
commercial potential. The visit builds on existing partnerships between
Africell and Angola's space program, signaling potential collaboration in
