Huawei Ghana visits Cyber Security Authority to strengthen collaboration

Huawei Ghana, represented by Ms. Julia Qiu Ye, Head of the Business Environment Department has paid a courtesy visit to the Cyber Security Authority (CSA) to congratulate Divine Selase Agbeti on his appointment as Acting Director-General. The meeting highlighted the importance of public-private partnerships in advancing Ghana’s cybersecurity agenda. 

During the discussions, Mr. Agbeti reaffirmed the CSA’s commitment to deepening collaboration with Huawei, particularly in regulatory compliance and capacity-building initiatives.

Both parties explored opportunities for technical training programs, with a special focus on Critical Information Infrastructure Protection (CIIP), a key area in safeguarding Ghana’s digital landscape. 

The engagement underscored a shared vision between Huawei and the CSA to foster a secure and resilient digital ecosystem in Ghana. By leveraging Huawei’s technological expertise and the CSA’s regulatory oversight, the partnership aims to enhance cybersecurity measures and support the nation’s digital transformation goals.
