The Chairman of the
Regulatory Council of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Côte
d’Ivoire (ARTCI), Roger Felix Adom, accompanied by members of the Council, met
with the President of the Court of Auditors, Kanvaly Diomandé, on Wednesday,
October 14, 2026, to formally present the authority’s new Regulatory Council.
The delegation was received
by Mr. Diomandé as part of a republican approach aimed at officially
introducing the new Regulatory Council to the country’s highest financial
court.
The meeting also provided an
opportunity for exchanges and the strengthening of relations between the two
institutions in a spirit of dialogue and collaboration.
