Telecom Egypt showcases student innovation at WE Shine

Telecom Egypt has highlighted the growing role of applied technology education in developing the country's future digital workforce following the presentation of student capstone projects at the WE Shine initiative.

The event showcased innovative projects developed by students from WE Schools for Applied Technology, demonstrating practical technology-driven solutions designed to address real-world challenges across various sectors.

Speaking after the presentations, Telecom Egypt Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Tamer El Mahdi said the quality of the projects reflected the organization's continued investment in developing digital talent and equipping young people with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

According to El Mahdi, the students' ability to transform academic knowledge into practical innovations underscores the strength of the applied technology education model and the entrepreneurial mindset being nurtured within the schools.
