Indian business delegation explores space collaboration with African Space Agency in Paris

A delegation from the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) has met with His Excellency Dr. Tidiane Ouattara, President of the Council of the African Space Agency (AfSA), on the sidelines of the World Space Business Week in Paris.
The discussions
focused on strengthening India-Africa collaboration in the space sector, with
an emphasis on innovation, applications, and capacity-building for mutual
growth.
Mr. Sanjay
Nekkanti, Co-Chair of the FICCI Space & Geospatial Committee, expressed
gratitude for the invitation extended to FICCI and the Indian space industry to
participate in future space engagements in Africa.
The meeting
underscored the shared commitment to advancing space technology and fostering
partnerships that support sustainable development and economic advancement
across both regions.
