Côte d'Ivoire enhances public service digitalization with National PARAE Initiative

The Ministry of Digital Transition and Digitalization hosted a stakeholder workshop to present the Support Project for the Strengthening of Electronic Government (PARAE). The event, held at the Postel 2001 building, brought together over 70 representatives from public and private sectors to mobilize support for this national digitalization initiative.

Director General of Digital Transformation and Digitalization, Mr. Olivier Avoa officially opened the workshop, emphasizing the strategic importance of transforming public service delivery and establishing Côte d'Ivoire as a leader in digital governance across Africa. He stated that PARAE represents a decisive step toward creating a more efficient, transparent administration that better serves citizens and businesses.

PARAE Coordinator Mr. Bassoumarifou SANOGO detailed the project's organization, steering structure, and roadmap, highlighting its three beneficiary pillars: individuals, companies, and the state.

The workshop facilitated constructive exchanges between stakeholders and technical experts, including Mr. Mahamoudy Boundy, who provided detailed responses to institutional representatives' questions.
