MTN Cameroon receives prestigious Group Award for Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Excellence

MTN Cameroon’s Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) unit has been recognized as the MTN Group’s All-rounder OPCO over the last three years at the recent RAFM conference in Johannesburg. This marks the second major accolade for the team, which also received the Group’s Best Fintech RAFM Team award last year.
These honors reflect MTN Cameroon’s exceptional performance in managing emerging revenue streams, particularly within the expanding GSM and Fintech ecosystems.
The team has
demonstrated a consistent ability to operationalize innovation while
maintaining rigorous controls, setting a benchmark for excellence across the
MTN Group. The awards underscore the unit’s leadership and execution in
safeguarding revenue and ensuring the integrity and sustainability of MTN’s
services in Cameroon.
