Telecom regulatory board addresses network quality concerns with industry leaders

The Director General of the Telecommunications Regulatory Board (TRB) has met with the Chief Executive Officers of MTN Cameroon and Orange Cameroon this Tuesday at the Platinum Building to address significant concerns regarding the recent deterioration in network quality across the country.
The meeting was
convened in response to widespread subscriber complaints and growing public
dissatisfaction with service disruptions and declining network performance.
The discussions
focused on identifying the root causes of the service quality issues and
developing immediate solutions to restore reliable telecommunications services
for customers nationwide.
This high-level
engagement underscores the regulatory body's commitment to upholding service
standards and protecting consumer interests in Cameroon's telecommunications
sector.
